DFG project: Environmental Scholarships Investigating the central flaw in the novel zinc oxide (ZnO) nano-particles by electron paramagnetic resonance in-situ (EPR) and optical spectroscopy. ZnO nano-materials have unique properties to the printing technology, performance materials and solar cell applications. Doping ZnO with transition metal elements such as Fe, Co, Mn or Cr causes the material with a completely different behavior of magnetic and optical excitation. This new research direction known as diluted magnetic semiconductor (DMS). DMS materials based on ZnO can not only show ferromagnetism at room temperature on doping with transition metal ions such as Fe, Cr, Co, and Mn but also at the same show ferromagnetic and semiconductor properties that are essential for new spintronic devices (LEDs spin, spin transistors valve) and magneto-optical components. http://www.callforpapersinfo.com

Environmental Scholarship There are ten scholarships available for the following Foundation International Program:
